This is the ASR (anti spin reducer) designed to fit the RT4 winch cameras, this will fit RT4 winch cameras with the 30mm diameter camera.

Tests have seen a significant reduction in the spinning motion of the winch camera as it is being lowered and raised, the ASR has 3 fins to create resistance in the water, with one fin containing a small amount of lead.
